Mr. Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in energy and the sustainability sector. Mr. Brown will provide leadership and oversight to the management team. In his role, he will focus on expanding the company’s growth through project development, marketing strategies, and investor relations. Mr. Brown brings with him more than two decades of both public and private project management involvement. He has a track record of success including leading teams through development, execution, and organization of mission priorities, which maintains alignment on project goals and substantiates measurable results. Additionally, Mr. Brown understands the waste-to-energy process in design, permitting, and execution and has vast experience serving as a liaison between financial lenders for critical project financing. Mr. Brown also has an impeccable reputation with several of the world’s largest financial institutions as a team leader for the restructuring of distressed assets and holds multiple degrees including a Masters in Energy from Texas A & M University, a MPA from Clemson University, and a bachelor’s degree in planning from Arizona State University.

Worked fulltime in the California National Guard Joint Operations Center J3 section as an Emergency Planner providing military assistance to civilian authorities in support of emergency operations in California and the United States.
Developed and wrote complex operation orders deploying National Guard assets in support of wildfires, flood, search & rescue and civil disturbance operations.
Provided daily situational briefing to command staff on available resources to support emergency response.
Prepared operational tempo battle rhythms during emergency operations to advise command staff on resource locations, readiness, and operational capabilities.
Applied the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) in coordinating necessary assets in response from Cal-OES for mission military assistance for civilian emergencies.
