After her commission in South Carolina State Guard in March 2023, Zhe currently serves as the Civil Affairs Officer, 2nd Battalion, 1st Brigade. In addition to all the required training and certification to be proficient in emergency management and disaster relief, Zhe thrives in building meaningful and sustainable relationships to better serve her fellow South Carolinians in time of need, working with all governmental agencies, private organizations, businesses, and other like-minded citizens.

With twenty years of experience at Michelin in project management, communication and marketing, Zhe is now fully engaged in Friends of the Highlanders foundation as she truly believes in the resolve and power of a group of dedicated individuals.

Zhe graduated from City University of New York School of Professional Studies with a M.S. in Business Management and Leadership, in 2013. She moved to Greenville-Greer area, South Carolina in 2018. Zhe is a proud naturalized American who is active in veteran support and other civic engagement
